Silver Legacy

Silver Legacy's $310 million complex consists of three silver towers 37-stories high with 1720 rooms and luxury suites in rich decor with unique furnishings. Jointly owned by the Eldorado & Circus Circus Enterprises, (now Mandalay Bay) the three 400-foot towers are Reno's tallest towers.

Decorated in dark woods, marble floors and carpeting that adds a touch of elegance, the 85,000 square-foot gaming area contains 2,300 slot machines and 80 gaming tables on two levels. The Silver Legacy has two keno games and a Race and Sportsbook.

A number of bars and lounges are located through-out the property tastefully decorated in elegant European decor as envisioned by Sam Fairchild, the wealthiest Silver Baron 100 years ago.

Legend has it that Sam Fairchild discovered a deep vein of blue ore where the Silver Legacy stands today. As time passed, Sam Fairchild began to purchase valuable treasures from around the world. Sam, a quiet, gentle person known as "old Silver," surrounded his guest with elaborate treasures and served the finest in foods available.

Exactly 100 years later, the Silver Legacy was built keeping Sam Fairchild's dream of offering guest nothing but the finest. Today, Sam Fairchild's treasures are showcased throughout the property for all guests to enjoy.

Another unique feature of the Silver Legacy is Sam Fairchild's 120 foot high automated mining machine made of steel, accented with rich colors of brass and gold. The Silver Legacy uses the mining machine to produce silver coins for use in the casino. The Mining Rig fills the sky with lightning, thunder and smoke every two hours from dusk to dawn.

The Legacy Saloon, Old Miner's Bar, and the Silver Baron's Bar and lounge all provide lounge entertainment. Top name entertainment and special events are preformed in a 20,000 square-foot special events center.

Guest's can relax at the Silver Legacy's sun deck, take a swim in the pool, enjoy a massage in the Health Spa, or have a skin treatment in the Beauty Salon.

Meeting facilities and conventions are held in the 30,000 square-foot meeting and special event space. Four breakout rooms are available ranging in size from 530 to 855 square feet.

Six themed restaurants offer diners a choice of elegant or casual dining. Elegant dining is offered in Sterling's Seafood Steakhouse, casual dining in Fairchild's Oyster Bar. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet are served in The Victorian Buffet as well as weekend brunch's. Sips has coffee and tea drinks, pastries, pies, tarts and Italian sodas. The Fresh Express Food Court has an American Grill, Chinese Noodle Kitchen, New York Style Deli and Pizza Oven.

The courtyard is the perfect place to shop for everything from fine jewelry and unique handicrafts to bare necessities. The Silver Legacy's courtyard resembles a quaint old village for buying or just browsing. Shopping includes the Silver Legacy Boutique with resort wear and accessories. Northern Sierra Traders with clothing, sundries, souvenirs and snacks. Reflections has logo apparel and gift items.

Skywalks at the Silver Legacy connect both Circus Circus and the Eldorado providing guests with comfort while strolling through the six-block area.

Three connecting properties represent over 200,000 square feet of gaming space, 15 restaurants, 4,000-rooms, 42,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, a multitude of bars, lounges and entertainment.
