The completion of the ambitious expansion program has tripled the number of guest rooms and practically doubled the gaming space at Trump Plaza. The East Tower at Trump Plaza opened in February 1996, with 349 guest rooms and suites, as well as 15,000 square feet of gaming space. The Poker Bar at East Tower features a 70 foot long bar containing 27 bar-top video poker slot machines. Additionally, there is a 58 square foot video wall with six adjacent 27" televisions. Natural light from panoramic windows and skylights lend to the comfortable atmosphere of the East Tower Casino. In March of 1997, nine luxurious super suites were added to the twenty-first floor of the East Tower. To complete the total entertainment concept in the East Tower Casino, the East Side Lounge opened in May 1997.

Restaurants: Atrium Cafe offers a nice selection of pastries, sandwiches, coffees, teas and juices. The Broadway Buffet is on the lower level below the casino. Fortunes specializes in Cantonese, Mandarin and Szechwan entries in a Chinese atmosphere. Harvey's Deli offers cold and hot sandwiches, homemade soup, potato pancakes. Located on the lower level. Max's Steak House is renowned for the finest in steaks and chops. The New Yorker located on the lobby level serves breakfasts and dinner. Roberto's offer the most delectable Northern Italian and nouvelle dishes. Shangri-La Cafe is an Asian themed restaurant with a Sushi Bar and Noodle Bar.
Lounges: The East Side Lounge in the East Tower Casino features a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere just steps away from the exhilarating action of the casino. Enjoy ocean views while sipping your favorite beverage and relaxing to live entertainment. The Poker Bar at the East Tower Casino offers a complete menu of pub snacks. Chicken fingers, loaded potato skins and shrimp tempura are favorites to snack on at the Poker Bar, while watching the 58 square foot video wall, or playing video poker on one of the bar top slot machines.
The Boardwalker Lounge is located on the main floor, directly off the Boardwalk entrance at Trump Plaza. A favorite gathering place, the bar is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Cigar Salon is open Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday evenings and offers a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere for cigar patrons. A fine line of liqueurs and after dinner drinks are available, along with a selection of fine cigars and tobaccos. The Cigar Salon is located on the sixth floor, adjacent to Fortunes Restaurant.

Theater: The Trump Plaza Showroom is home to some of the world's top entertainment superstars, including Engelbert Humperdinck and Donna Summer. Convention - Meeting Space: Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino has complete convention and meeting facilities, including full catering service in a variety of meeting rooms and exhibition areas away from the activity of the casino. In all, Trump Plaza has over 55,000 - sq. - ft. of flexible banquet, meeting and exhibit space. All rooms are equipped with sound proofwalls and individual sound, lighting and climate controls with up-to-date audio and video technology. Accommodations for 10 to 2,000 people and up to 100 exhibit booths.

Kids Fun Center: Memorial Day weekend, 1998, marked the opening of a brand new facility just for children at Trump Plaza. "The Kids Fun Center" is located on the 7th Floor of the Plaza Tower and offers a variety of supervised activities for children between 3-13. The Kids Fun Center at Trump Plaza is open seven days a week from 12 Noon until 12 Midnight. Parents may bring children to the Kids Fun Center on an hourly basis, or for a maximum of three hours (Up to three 3 hour sessions daily.) The Kids Fun Center is not available to children of Trump employees.
