Paris' 24-acre, 34-story $785 million resort and casino opened September 1, 1999, with 2,916 rooms and suites, an Eiffel Tower with guided tours that soars fifty stories into the sky giving guest a panoramic view of the city, European-styled shops and boutiques, ten restaurants and 85,000-square-feet of casino space.

Paris Las Vegas brings the passion and excitement of Paris, France to Las Vegas for everyone to enjoy without making a trip to France. Paris' grandeur is highlighted throughout the resort from Parisian streets surrounding the casino to its elegant hotel rooms and suites.

Paris' famous landmark replicas brings the love and passion of the real city to us, to let our imaginations run wild, and to experience what it would be like if we where in Paris. The details and attention given to the resort and historic landmarks, both inside and outside, assures us that they have been crafted to actual specifications to ensure the authenticity of the landmarks they represent.

As you approach the resorts front entrance your greeted by the L'Arc de Triomphe, a two-thirds replica of the original opened in 1805, as a monument to the soldiers who fought in the Battle of Austerlitz, with the names and dates of Napoleon's victories. La Tour Eiffel is a half- scale replica of the original tower using Gustave Eiffel's original plans. The hotel itself, the L'Hotel de Ville, built 800 years ago, was scaled and duplicated to resemble the actual hotel in Paris, now its city hall.

L'Opera is a 1,200-seat theatre originally designed and built in 1875. Las Vegas' largest pillarless ballroom was modeled after the Hall of Mirrors at the Chateau. Near the north corner of the casino are the statues of six famous French figures, Du Quesne, Du Revieu, Guesclin, Richelieu, Suger and Vauquelin. Le Pont Alexandre II is one of Paris' historical bridges and the Montmarte Montmarte in Le Boulevard is a section of Paris where high society socialized.

Le Boulevard, the shopping area with cobblestone streets is a mixture of shops and boutiques. Cartier Lunettes offers designer eyewear. La Boutique designer clothes, La Menagerie de Paris logo items, La Vogue designer lingerie, Les Enfants children's clothing and toys, L'Oasis designer swimwear, and Paris Line women's designer clothing. Fine art is offered by art galleries L'Art de Paris and Re Gallery/Atelier. Gift items by Eiffel Tour, Eiffel Tour Store and Le Journal. Jewelry by Clio Blue and Le Paradis. Speciality shops include Les Elements - Home & Garden; Les Memories - gifts; Le Voyage - travel items; Lenotre - pastries and candy; and Presse's is a newspaper stand.

Restaurants include the Eiffel Tower with fine dining. La Chine with Hong Kong cuisine. La Rotisserie des Artistes, a two-story rotisserie with meat, fish and poultry. Le Provencal is a replica of an Old European village with singing waitresses, French and Italian crusine. Mon Ami Gabi's 11th floor restaurant offers fine indoor /outdoor dining overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. Tres Jazz has a mixture of crusine with live jazz. Jean Jacques Boulangerie serves French pastries, sandwiches and salads.

Lounges - Napoleon's offers live entertainment, a cigar and pipe lounge. Le Central, an elevated view of the casino floor .Le Bar du Sport serves French appetizers, snacks, French beer and wine. Gustave's Casino Bar has built-in gaming machines and Le Cabaret also has live entertainment.

du Parc on the rooftop of the French Garden and swimming pool offers both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, French-style pizzas and salads. Le Cafe St. Louis American and French dishes 24-hours a day. Le Village Buffet food from the five provinces in France, cooked to order entries.

Entertainment: Notre Dame de Paris, a musical spectacular of love, lust, passion and betrayal in the 1,200-seat Le Theatre des Arts. $69.50 Information (877) 374-7469. Le Cabaret show lounge, live music from 2 pm to 2 am featuring both French and English. Eiffel Tower elevator rides to the observation deck, $8.00, $6.00 for children and seniors, 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily.

The Paris has a 25,500-square-foot spa, salon, fitness center and boutique, swimming, tennis, golf and jogging. The 83,000-square-foot casino has over 100 gaming tables, 2,000 slot machines at the base of three of the four Eiffel Tower legs, a Race and Sports Book with large-screen monitors, a high limit slot area and table game area.

Accommodations include spacious marble bathrooms with separate bathtubs and showers, large vanities, European fixtures, linen towels and make-up mirrors. Rooms have pay-per-view movies, cable TV's, two telephone lines, voice mail, desks, hair dryers, full-length mirrors, irons and ironing boards, in-room safes. Room rates - kings and doubles, standard and deluxe, $129 to $369. Suites: petite $350 to $650; one bedroom $750 to $1250; two bedroom $979 to $1219; specialty suites $1,500 to $5,000.

Amenities include concierge service, 24-hour room service, a business center, car rentals, salon and barber shop, tour and travel desk, valet parking, European health spa, roof-top swimming pool, two wedding chapels and 140,000-square-feet of convention and banquet facilities.
